Company mail setup

So far i have setup roundcube to run of a postfix/cyrus/imap server based on suse10.2...

Now i need to know the following really..

1. Is there anyway i can just have it so roundcube ail accounts dont require a user account on my mail server. i.e they can just create a mail account and away they go. If so how do i do this

2. Are there any available scripts out there for auto creating new mail accounts rather than an admin having to do it everytime...

Any help will be very much appriciated on these matters..
