It looks like the server you're sending email from has been blocked. I would recommend connecting your hosting provider and asking them to assist.

Sorry, i am not familiar with "hosting provider".
My email was created via "cPanel" and we log in through "Roundcube".

I received an email from cPanel as follows.
Should i contact Roundcube instead?

****************************************************************************************************************Hi there,
Thank you for reaching out. The issue you're experiencing is likely due to your provider blocking access to send data out on port 25, which is essential for communicating with external mail services. This is a common measure to prevent spam.

If you have a cPanel account, this means your hosting provider is using our software. They have created your cPanel account and are hosting your website.

As cPanel is the developer of the software that is used to manage website accounts, we do not actually offer web hosting services ourselves. Therefore we, unfortunately, do not have any access to your account to assist with the issue that you are reporting.

Most issues like cPanel site performance, email issues, or website accessibility (to name a few) are actually tasks better suited for your hosting provider. This is because they have direct access to the server that is hosting your content.

If you do not know who your Domain Registrar is you can look it up using the following link

I do hope that you will be able to contact them successfully and I am sorry that cPanel does not have the ability to assist you directly.

Both cPanel and Roundcube are software that you're hosting provider uses neither cPanel or Roundcube is providing the service you're using and thus can't fix the problem you're having.

Who do you pay for your hosting/email? That would be your hosting provider.
