REST Notification

Does any one know of a plugin that when an email is received (with a certain code in the body of the email) that a http get command is issued.  What I want to achieve is a REST command being triggered to my home automation server.   Cannot find a plugin that does this today from my quick look.

You would need to do that at the mail server level not from Roundcube.
