Increase Roundcube Webmail Storage

Roundcube isn't a service its a webmail client. Anyone can install Roundcube on there servers. You need to contact your mail provider who has setup Roundcube on there server.

How could I know about my mail provider

Your email provider is either the service you pay for access to email or the person who setup the email account for you. Your email provider is just using the Roundcube software to provide you a way to view your email.
