Vacation not styled right?

I'm trying to use this vacation plugin with the latest RoundCube.

When I click it in settings the style is screwed up, its behind the left margin.  see attachment.  anyone know how to fix this or know if this is expected to work?

It looks like the plugin is out of date, you should contact the plugin author.
